As time passes I remember to honor the little girl who collected rocks, gazed at the stars, and admired tall bookshelves. I started teaching dance at 15, right around when my family brought me into their holistic health business. I studied political science and philosophy in college and dreamt of working in public service one day. My daily moments were focused on finding solutions: whether that was figuring out how people think, leading people to move, or creating healing remedies for people. I felt a strong desire to help the collective in profound, pivotal, momentous, vital ways.
Time revealed that I wasn’t destined to pursue law or government work, but I was destined to serve. After moving from Indiana to Florida in 2016 my studies shifted to how astrology gave perspective to the human experience, how plants can heal the human body, and how we connect with spirits. While I was waist-deep in this vast ocean of research, my dad unexpectedly died of a heart attack. This forever altered my journey, and I was inspired to initiate my practice. At the heart, I’m a connector who lives to serve. I connect people to their bodies, to their feelings, to their sensual wisdom, to their beloved humans, to nature, to the land where they reside, to the planets and stars in the sky above, and to the spirit that exists in everything.

you are, have, and exist within a body.
We are bodies, we are souls, we are spirits. One thing that is certain about humans: we move. I center the body as the vessel through which you access the world, so it follows that your relationship with your body will shape how you view reality. My movement practice revolves around dance & play as vital forms of movement for humans to maintain a flourishing, vibrant existence. I’m a technically trained dancer & choreographer who has taught a wide variety of ages and difficulty levels. My choreography meets you wherever you are right now and can deliver any kind of vibe: free-flowing to hard-hitting, carefree to complex, undefined to clean.
your body is existing within a marvelous world.
Astrology is the study of celestial bodies, and a natal chart is a snapshot of the sky at the moment you entered the earthly world. My practice is a synthesis of the Greco-Roman Hellenistic and Medieval Islamicate traditions. I work with traditional planetary rulership and the whole sign house system, sometimes overlaying a quadrant house system. Some techniques I utilize are profections, revolutions, zodiacal releasing, decans, lots, geomancy, and tarot. Authors and scholars who have significantly influenced my practice: Vettius Valens, Abu Ma’shar, Marsilio Ficino, Cornelius Agrippa, Demetra George, Ali A Olomi, and Chris Brennan. The natal chart is the nude of your soul that shows off the delicious curves of your past and future.
you connect to the world through your body.
Your relationship with the world is shaped and filtered by the relationship with your body. Magic and wellness are fully intertwined in my practice as crucial parts of maintaining your health and bodying better. There is no “one size fits all” to what a body needs, and I advocate for healing through the food, medicine, information, and energy that you consume. I recognize that humans can only connect with the world as much as the body allows, and individual experiences shape how reality is perceived. This is a sweet combination of fate and free will that gives you wiggle room to put forth good faith efforts to direct your ship’s sails. Deepening your relationships with your body & the world and intentionally engaging with magic makes it easier & more fun to be a human.
