the base is organic cold-pressed olive oil imported from Italy. the herbs were suffumigated during the first election, and the olive oil was added to the herbs at the top of Jupiter hour during the second election.
I found it critical that heat was first applied to the oil to infuse the herbs during this window, which is why this olive oil is cold-pressed, meaning no heat had been used in the processing until this infusion.
if using this in a recipe that calls for oil, highly recommend cutting this with a regular oil.
can confirm that I used it while baking and got the immediate giggles upon merely adding it to the batter and inhaling the scent.
